Ingredient Thongyib
• 4 duck egg yolks
• 3 cups of water
• Sugar 1+1/2 cup

How to make gold picks
1. Add water and sugar into a brass pan. Bring to a boil over low heat, stir until dissolved, turn off the heat, leave to cool, then filter with a thin white cloth.
2. Pour the syrup into the brass pan. Use medium heat when the syrup is hot. but not to boil
3. Beat the egg yolk mixture until fluffy. Scoop drops into the syrup. When cooked on both sides scoop up. Set aside to cool, then pleat beautifully. Place in a bowl and serve.
