4-5 shiitake mushrooms
2-3 coriander roots
2-3 spring onions

250-350 ml of water.

2 tsp salt
8 teaspoons of sugar
6 tbsp seasoning sauce
10 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp sweet black soy sauce

Ingredients Baked Shrimp Vermicelli
Vermicelli 1 pack
Baked Shrimp Vermicelli Sauce 1.5 – 2 scoops
Pork belly 60 grams
8-10 fresh shrimps
Ginger sliced 1 small root
2-3 celery
50 ml of water


How to make Baked Shrimp Vermicelli Sauce
- Heat a wok, add lard and fry until hot.
- Add shiitake mushrooms that have been soaked in water. Fry shiitake mushrooms until they smell good. and the color is golden yellow
- Add coriander root, garlic, pepper, spring onion and ginger and stir until fragrant. If the oil is dry, add more oil.
- When everything smells good and blends well, use high heat, add Chinese wine and stir. Then add water to follow.
- Season with seasoning powder, salt, sugar, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, stir everything together.
- Decorate with sweet dark soy sauce. add a little more water Stir to combine well. Then let the sauce boil, turn off the gas.
- Allow the sauce to cool before putting it in the refrigerator.
How to Cook Shrimp Vermicelli
- Set a pan, add pork belly. Fry until the oil comes out.
- Once the lard comes out, add ginger to fry to increase the aroma.
- When more lard comes out Put shrimp vermicelli sauce into about 1 + 1/2 scoops.
- Add the soaked vermicelli into the water. Stir to mix together. and vermicelli to watch the sauce go into it
- Put the shrimp into the pan. Add a little water Turn on the heat and close the lid, cook until the shrimp are cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
