Fry shiitake mushrooms until they smell good. and the color is golden yellow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add coriander root, garlic, pepper, spring onion and ginger and stir until fragrant. If the oil is dry, add more oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When everything smells good and blends well, use high heat, add Chinese wine and stir. Then add water to follow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season with seasoning powder, salt, sugar, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, stir everything together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorate with sweet dark soy sauce. add a little more water Stir to combine well. Then let the sauce boil, turn off the gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow the sauce to cool before putting it in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>How to Cook Shrimp Vermicelli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set a pan, add pork belly. Fry until the oil comes out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the lard comes out, add ginger to fry to increase the aroma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When more lard comes out Put shrimp vermicelli sauce into about 1 + 1\/2 scoops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the soaked vermicelli into the water. Stir to mix together. and vermicelli to watch the sauce go into it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the shrimp into the pan. Add a little water Turn on the heat and close the lid, cook until the shrimp are cooked, about 5-7 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the far and mix together baked shrimp and vermicelli together and sprinkle with celery.
