Raw Material
- Glutinous rice flour 300 grams
- Concentrated okra juice 80 ml.
- Concentrated pandan juice 80 ml.
- Coconut water 80 ml.
- Grated coconut (for making boiled dessert filling) 300 grams
- Grated coconut (for kneading) 100 grams
- Palm sugar 120 grams
- Salt 1 tsp.

method
STEP 1 : Making Dough + Making Stuffing
- Divide the glutinous rice flour into 3 equal cups (100 grams each).
- Pour okra juice, pandan juice and coconut juice. into each cup of glutinous rice flour
- Knead well until the dough does not stick to your hands. Then use plastic wrap to cover the dough bowl and set aside.
- Place the pan over medium heat. Add palm sugar until the palm sugar dissolves
- add grated coconut (For filling boiled snacks) and ground salt, stir well, simmer until dry and remove from the heat.


STEP 2 : Wrap + Boil
- Form the boiled pastry filling into small round balls.
- Take each color of dough and form it into a ball the size of a five coin and press it flat.
- Then form a prepared filling that is smaller than the dough. Use flour to cover it completely and form a ball until smooth.
- Bring to a boil in boiling water. If boiled sweets float above the water Indicates that it is cooked
TIPS : Sprinkle some flour on the container where the boiled snacks will be placed. to prevent boiled snacks from sticking together
