Today we would like to introduce this menu. Salted eggs are stir-fried with chili paste to add flavor to fresh shrimp and add saltiness by using salted eggs to mix. It has a sweet, salty, slightly spicy taste. We started doing it.

The first step is to prepare the ingredients as follows.

15 fresh shrimps, shelled
3 tbsp prawn fat
4 salted egg yolks
2 tbsp chili paste
soy sauce 1 tbsp
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Onion cut into pieces 1 stalk
4 red chilies, sliced diagonally
Onion slices 1 head
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of water

How to make Stir-Fried Prawns with Salted Egg Chili Paste are as follows:

Put a pan on the stove, add oil. Turn the heat to medium, when the oil is hot add the garlic, salted egg and shrimp fat.
Crush the salted egg until it’s finely broken and stir well, after that add fresh shrimp. Stir-fry only the shrimp until almost cooked, add a little water.
After that add onion, chili paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce.
Stir together again, then add spring onions, chili peppers, mix together, turn off the heat, put in a bowl and serve with hot rice. Eat.
