1. 100 grams of red pork

1. Cut red pork into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Wash the onions. cut lengthwise Wash the basil leaves and pluck them out. Set aside.
3. Heat a wok, add oil, fry minced garlic until golden and fragrant. Add fresh chilies and continue to stir until fragrant.
